The inverter is covered by a 5-year warranty, while the battery is backed by a 10-year warranty. The entire system is eligible for lifetime maintenance. Warranty services do not cover damages caused by improper handling, such as self-disassembly, drops, water exposure, overloading beyond capacity, or any issues unrelated to product quality.

The battery is designed to withstand up to 6,000 cycles. While it can continue to operate beyond 6,000 cycles, there may be some degradation in performance over time.

An Energy Management System (EMS) is designed to monitor and optimize the performance of an energy storage system. By tracking the operational status and data in real-time, EMS ensures efficient energy usage and system control for maximum performance.

The Battery Management System (BMS) is responsible for managing and protecting the battery. It monitors key parameters such as voltage and temperature to prevent issues like overcharging, over-discharging, and excessive temperatures, ensuring the battery operates safely and efficiently.

The EMS app provides real-time, remote monitoring of system data. In the event of a malfunction, automatic alerts and repair notifications are triggered. Additionally, users can configure key system parameters to meet specific operational needs.
